Legal Responsibility<\/h3>\n<p>Legal responsibility for compliance with data protection law lies with the Executive Board of ESIM e.V. in accordance with \u00a7 26 BGB and the GDPR. Categories of Personal Data<\/h3>\n<p>ESIM e.V. processes only personal data that is necessary for its statutory and operational purposes, in particular:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Name and academic title<\/li>\n<li>Institutional affiliation and professional role<\/li>\n<li>Contact details (postal address, email address, country)<\/li>\n<li>Membership status and payment-related information<\/li>\n<li>Technical access data (see Section 6)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>No excessive, irrelevant, or special-category data is collected unless explicitly required and consented to.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"fw-bold mt-4 mb-3 fs-5\">6.
